We also know that the only real way to challenge this is through <strong>connection<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>across communities, across cultures, across ages<\/strong>. Women Lead is committed to bringing women of all ages and backgrounds together, to strengthen connection and remind us that we are not in this alone.<\/p>\n<p>The Women Lead Network is a <strong>statewide program<\/strong>, empowering women to become <strong>engaged leaders<\/strong> and <strong>active participants<\/strong> in their communities and the civic process by creating connection. Individuals can connect both in person at quarterly meetings across the state or through a robust online community that connects women outside of these meetings.<\/p>\n<p>The Women Lead Network provides opportunities to connection in person at <strong>quarterly meetings across the state<\/strong> or through a robust <strong>online community<\/strong> that connects women outside of these meetings.<\/p>\n<p>Women Lead Network meetings are open to all. Beginning in early 2016 we will offer a variety of <strong>membership<\/strong> options that will provide benefits to the members and community. Stay tuned for more information.<\/p>\n<p>The in person meetings are action-oriented, inter-generational and inclusive groups bring together individuals from different ages, backgrounds and experience. They will meet at least once per quarter to engage in <strong>facilitated discussion<\/strong> and use <strong>collaborative effort<\/strong> to establish and implement <strong>community action items<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>In today&#8217;s digital world, we also know that <strong>virtual connection<\/strong> is another powerful way to bring people together. Our statewide network strives to create authentic and empowering connection through a robust online community. It inspires members to <strong>amplify<\/strong> their <strong>efforts<\/strong>, <strong>talents<\/strong> and <strong>voices<\/strong> to affect change.
